I truly miss you, I just can't believe you are gone. I have a plant and I'm not good with plants like you, my Mom and Margaret but I hope it stays healthy and beautiful.

You had a wonderful service!!

I know you are enjoying yourself with Mama Clara, Daddy Rick and Eddie is well pleased to have you.

And I know Duane is especially elated, hope you and Mother Ida are getting along (smile). Wow! Daddy Loney and the gang are there. What a wonderful reunion!

Love and miss you!

Sandra

PS......Thanks for my first kodak camera (kodak 110) and thanks for taking me on a driving test to get my license.

Dear Beverly and the Austin family. I am so deeply saddened by the passing of Jimmy that it is hard to find the appropriate words of expression. I also know how challenging this time must be for you and therefore hope the lifetime of wonderful moments you shared with Jimmy will lighten the burden of his passing. Jimmy was my very best childhood friend and the many years we spent "hanging out" together were the happiest years of my life. The news reached me belatedly, but please know that in the future, I will always love you as I loved him and will pray for you and check on you and the family. Sincerely, Danny Boston and Cathy.- Atlanta.

My father's childhood friend became a permanent fixture in our family. He was principled man, who stood on the side of justice. His concerned for his people was always the centerpiece of his conversation.Sometimes it makes others uncomfortable but it was the surest sign of his goodness. May God bless Beverly and the Children. He is a deathless soul with earned infinity leaving a troubled world.Brother Jimmy we pray that you enjoy your new state of being.

To the Austin Family (Baby Doll, Lyman, Langston, Margaret, JoAnn, John and others): I remember Jimmie as an infant. He was like a living doll baby to me. Mrs. Clara would let me hold him and play with him, whenever I was at Lucille's house. It was a joy to see him all grown up - a gentle man - with a family; I saw him at the SS Admin one day while I was in their office. Just want you all to know that my sister (Marian) and I share your sorrow. May the God of all comfort be with each of you at this time.

To Beverly and Family we are so very sadden to hear of the passing of our dear friend Jimmy. We could talk to him for days on the phone, and it was like talking to your best friend. Family just know he touched so many lives, he cared about so many people and classmates, and he shall never, ever be forgotten.
