At least eight people were reported dead in lower Manhattan Tuesday afternoon after a man driving a pickup truck ran over numerous bicyclists on a bike path, according to multiple news sources including the New York Times and New York Daily News. Day after day we've been hearing bad news on news reports, lives being lost, and innocent people suffering. Very soon, God promises us that we will be hearing reports of loved ones being brought back to life,"eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped" (Isaiah 35:5, 6).
