To the Yenca family,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Mr. Yenca's passing. I will miss seeing him at the Tammany. He was one of my favorite customers, always smiling, ready to make you feel good about something, and never having a bad word to say. I always enjoyed our spirited conversations. May you all find peace in the kind remembrances and that time softens the pain of your loss.
with sympathy,

Uncle Will,Part of who I am today, has to do with what you taught me about life. You taught me to help people when you put aside your own work, to go help just about anybody, anytime with anything. You taught me about giving cause you would ALWAYS give wether with your mind, your back, your stuff or your words. You taught me to relax when you would tell me to "take a break & have a beer".You taught me about love when you treated complete strangers with a welcoming smile & made them feel like they belonged. For these & SO many more, I thank you. Heaven is a better place with you in it! RIP.

Such fond memories of great time at the Beth Boat Club for picinics and birthdays. He was a happy go lucky type of guy back in the day. My sister Paulette was lucky enough to have him as a father-in-law for all these years. Very nice man would do anything for you if you need it. May he rest in peace and may the family have peace and comfort as they go thru this passing.

Worked as a Sub-Carrier in Bethlehem 1967 and remembered and liked Bill Yenca. Carried his route once in a while when I got assigned to South Side. What a guy ! You could always tell which "Cushman" Mailster scooter belonged to Bill. Always had a stream of "chew" from the front to the back. Bill, "May your soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace my friend". Joe & Charlotte Marks
