What a simple and peaceful service. Mr. Gardner was one of my favorite people.
He reminded my of my own father who was about his same size and loved his basketball and football.

God bless all of Jack's Family and Friends. Jack and I were almost the same age and I should have kept in contact with him and some of the others that we worked with. Please forgive me. I was very surprised and thankful that Jack sent a beautiful belt buckle to me with the name "TIMKEN" engraved on it.
We moved our family to Riverside, CA in the fall of 1978 and I retired from the Rohr Industries (Aircraft Assembly Plant) doing what the US Air Force had trained me to do while in the service. I really should have kept up with those I had worked with at the Timken Rock Bit Division there in Colorado Springs. I will be 88 years old this coming February so Jack and I were very close in age. We have very few of our family that still live in Colorado.

God may call my name any time so am hopeful of seeing Jack and so many others then.

Our deepest sympathy to Jack's family. Times like these are very difficult but God promises that he will hear our cries for help. (Psalms 18:6)
