My heart and prayers go to the family of my dear friend Jimmy Collins.
Many a day hanging around Jimmy, helping him finish his motel chores so we could look for something to get into around the beach.
May God keep you in his loving hands ---see you soon.

I am so terribly sorry to hear about Jimmie..he was truly a wonderful man. I met him several years ago while doing some work for me in Garden City which also turned into a friendship.i remember when he first got sick..and when that was all over he was so glad and thankful. I called him and told him about myself..we talked for a long time..I found out in June and finishing radiation soon. He was a comfort to me..how he loved his children, wife, and mother..to Mrs. Collins..his mother..there no doubt how much he loved his mama..so proud of his family! I will continue to pray for y'all...I just found out today..Be still and know that I am God..in quietness and confidence shall be your strength.

Having a hard time really putting to words the loss I feel of losing a friend and neighbor. What do you say about the best neighbor you could ask for in the past 25 years? He has helped me more times than I can count. A very kind, warm-hearted, jovial man who bent over backwards for others. A wonderful family man who raised two wonderful daughters with his wife, Angela. There will be a void in the lives of all who were lucky to know him.

God took another good guy! Whatever Jim told you, you could depend on - that sums him up in a few words! I have worked with Jim over the years & he was always helpful & polite. Jim had high expectations of everyone who worked with or for him, and his great reputation was a result of those expectations. He will be missed not only by his immediate family, but also by his many friends & associates & clients.
