Condolence & Memory Journal

I am so glad to have been blessed by having Elly in my life. As a 12 year old, horse-loving girl, I was lucky enough to have met her and learn from her about horses and life. I was also blessed to have my daughter join her and also experience the firm, yet gentle way she taught. She taught lessons that could not be taught in school that I and all of us could carry on through life. It's hard to believe she is no longer with us here on earth. I know she is now at peace with all the loved ones (human and animal) that had gone before her. God bless her and everyone she touched in her lifetime.

Elly you contributed so much to Lompoc and it's citizens. Your work with the 4-H youngsters is to be commended. We will miss your stories of the early days. Rest In Peace.

Rest In Peace until we meet again

You were a good woman and a loving Mom your children all grew up to be respectable folks. Your family name has a legacy of pure goodness. You lived to survive until the day you could rejoice with your loved ones. You loved simply and didn't ask anyone for anything that you couldn't do your self. You were such a hard worker and a good provider. I hope you knew all people that came in contact with you were drawn to your personality and charm. You could read a person faster than anyone I have ever met. Never had a mean word to say of no one. That sweet voice just barely coming thru when trying to express your self loudly will be remembered by all. Rejoice it's your time again to hug your husband and son. Now to just watch over your loved ones in peace. God bless you Eleanor Robb I will always think of you.

My Dearest Mrs. Robb ~

What can I say about the Lady that took a group of us young girls under her wing and not only taught us everything about horsemanship but also about Life. You were a mentor to so many, myself included, and I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate that. My memories of all my years at the stables are forever etched in my mind and in my heart where I will carry them with me until my last day. While I am saddened by your passing, I am comforted to know you are rejoicing with all your loved ones who went before you. You certainly made a huge impact on my Life and left an incredible legacy that will live on through all of those you have touched. I am so honored you considered me "one of your girls". Oh the memories! The Best of Times.

All My Love & Respect,

Karen Williams-Poggione
