Please know that we have been thinking of you and the girls. Unfortunately, we were away at a Palliative Medicine conference last Wednesday until Saturday night in Philadelphia so we were not able to attend Jim's visitation. It is important for us to say our good byes as well so please believe me when I say how much it would have meant to me to be there with you to say Good Bye to Jim and give you a hug.
If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to call.

My continued and heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Leslie, your incredibly talented daughters and Jim's entire family. Jim was many things; a good man, a true friend and a teacher among them. His personality was infectious and I will hold many of the conversations we shared and lessons and laughs they generated close to me always. God Bless- Chip Reavley

My deepest sympathies go out to the Burns family. Jim's knowledge, humor, intellect and devotion to family served as a bight light to me during my stay at Shorr. A good man who will be missed. God bless you all.
