Randolph was a resident of Snow Hill, Maryland at the time of passing.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Burbage Funeral Home in Snow Hill, MD at 2 PM. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Bates Cemetery in Snow Hill. Friday, September 28, 2018 2:00 PM Burbage Funeral Home Snow Hill 208 West Federal St. Snow Hill, MD 21863 Visitation from 1-2 PM followed by interment at Bates Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Snow Hill Volunteer Fire Dept at 4718 Snow Hill Road Snow Hill, MD 21863 or Coastal Hospice at PO Box 1733 Salisbury, MD 21802.
