Kay was born on October 21, 1953 and passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019.

Kay was a resident of North Manchester, Indiana at the time of passing.

She was a member of the first graduating class of Whitko High School in 1973.

Visitation is 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Smith & Sons Miller Chapel, South Whitley. An interment service at the South Whitley Cemetery will follow the visitation on Thursday.
