Jason was a resident of Unionville, New York at the time of passing.

Jason graduated from Minisink Valley High School Class of 1992.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 4:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Amy Garrett officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jason's name to the Unionville Fire Department, P.O. Box 372, Unionville, NY 10988.
