Condolence & Memory Journal

So much of who I am today is owed to the influence of John in my life. My love for airplanes, my interests in fishing, camping, and black powder guns all learned from my time with him.

I can't express how greatly he will be missed in my life!

John was my first cousin, once removed, and my husband and I always enjoyed talking with him. He had a vast knowledge of the Kittitas Valley and her people, which he loved.

During Rodeo time, he was always present at the parades with his muzzle loader, and except when he would fire it, scaring the crowd, they loved it. He was the true embellishment of Daniel Boone.

Although I'm not in the area any longer, I will miss John and his reminicing.

I fondly remember the summers I spent hauling timothy hay with John. He personified what hard work meant and once you made his acquaintance you had a friend for life. RIP John.
