Karen was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing.

Her memorial service is 5:00pm Saturday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road. Visitation is after 1:00pm until the time of the service.

Wow...Im at a loss for words. I havent seen Karen in a while and just heard this sad news tonight. Karen was such a lovely person with a great personality. I worked with her at Caesars Indiana and she was such a nice person. My heart is broken for her family because I know you will miss her terribly. You all are in my thoughts and Karen is watching over you now ❤❤

Karen was an Amazing woman and great person to work for. I worked with her at the Grand Casino in tunica. Loved her job and her employees. She will be missed. RIP my friend.
