Fred, John Sapia, Bob Cullian and myself were the best of friends during our high school and college years. We spent many great week ends at White Sands beach. Fred's Mom was a wonderful host. Good by old friend, I am going to miss you.

It was with great sadness that we read about the passing of Fred. He was our physician for many years. He was a great doctor and a good person. I remember one time when I was on a business trip that Dr. Geary gave my wife his home phone number in the event she had a physical problem. We will all miss him.

Terry, Dr Bill, and the whole Geary family,
I am so saddened to learn of Dr Fred's passing. He treated with expertise, compassion, and gentleness my whole family for many, many years, especially when Mom took sick in Ireland. He touched all our lives in countless waysthank you! I pray for peace and strength for all of you in the difficult days ahead.

I was a patient of Dr. Geary for many years while he was practicing on Asylum Avenue. He was a gentle man, a keen and sensitive physician who treated me with the same kindness and thoughtfulness he shared with all others that were in his care. I am so very sorry for your loss.
