Condolence & Memory Journal

Jim coached with a caring, kindness and concern that touched all the lives of the children, parents and other coaches he worked with. That legacy will live on in their lives. He gave us all a gift of himself.

Karen and family....
He may not be there physically, but he will always be right there with you in your heart and soul. Remember, love never dies.If the bond between two people is strong, even death cannot do them apart. My heart breaks for you. There are no words of comfort that I have ever heard. Just know besides a awesome surrounding community, friends an family...I can truly say I completely understand the feelings, thoughts, and loneliness and will be thinking of you during this tragic time. Jim was and always will be remembered as an awesome person. Always here for you if you need someone to truly understand..Barbie

Much too young to leave us, I miss his jokes proud of all the volunteer work you did with the kids, and teaching them how to play baseball. I'm still in disbelief, as is everyone I've talked to you. When the Mets come on T.V., yours will be the first face I see...Love, cousin John McDermott
