I am Lance’s Mother-In-Law (Eleanor Doyle). Whenever I had a chance to be with Jo-Ann she always had a positive outlook on life and never complained about anything. I will miss her!

Jo-Ann, my mother-in-law, had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have met. She gave unconditionally and was always so positive. A true survivor, she taught me that faith and perseverance will keep you alive and strong!
One of my favorite memories of her laid-back disposition was when she asked Lance to buy groceries for her. (Lance hardly every goes to the grocery store, so this was a challenge in itself!) She made a very clear list, detailing everything that she needed. On the list, she wrote "8 oz. cream cheese" Lance, not knowing much about where to even FIND the cream cheese, bought her EIGHT BOXES of cream cheese! Bless her heart....she just looked at them and asked, "What am I ever going to do with 8 boxes of cream cheese?" She was a beautiful soul and is already greatly missed. Love you, Jo-Ann! xoxo Valerie

Jo-Ann (aka. Mom) was the strongest lady I have even known. She definitely lived her life the way she wanted, did not complain, very independent spirit and raised two very well adjusted (well, at least her daughter, Karina) ;) children that loved her very much. You were one of a kind, Ma... and going to be very missed.
