Condolence & Memory Journal

Charlie, Amy, and Dana, So very sorry for your loss. Your mother Rita Martin was a very special lady!!! She was very proud of her children, and worked very hard to support and raise you right!!! You all pitched together and took care of your mother. Never leaving her alone for long before and after her heart attack and stroke. Charlie and Amy living with her. Dana pulled her share of shifts also living away from home. Allowing her to relax, feel secure and loved!!! She told me that when I visited her, and over the phone!!! Charlie and my son Darren were friends through school. He is over here at least once a week, w/music blaring and catching up on everything!!! I pay him also to mow the yard, and do anything I need done!!! He's like my own son. Was always bragging on his little girl!!! (well she's over 21 now)!!!

Johnny, Dana, Amy and Charlie;
I am so sorry for your loss. Rita was such a special lady and she loved all of you so much. I treasure the memories of Rita and me growing up together. Many days were spent at Lois' house talking and giggling with Rita. When you three kids were born, she was so happy and proud.
I hope all of you will treasure the happy memories. I am praying for each of you to find comfort in knowing that she is with our Lord and she suffers no more. Sending my love to each of you and lifting prayers for you.
