I am so saddened by this loss. I recently met Michael and Elaine doing something they both enjoyed -- dancing the tango. They touched those around them with their shared love of life and grace. My prayers and deepest sympathy to the family.

My sympathies to your family for your loss. How many more children would have benefited from his life's work?! So sad. May God hold you close.

I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Shannon perform in both "Black Nativity" and "Urban Nutcracker". He was a truly gifted performer. To know that he was an internationally-known doctor as well speaks to the incredible gifts that he had and was able to share with us for far too short a time. My prayers are with his family and friends.
