Please accept my sincere condolences. I was stunned to read of Debbie's death and hope that the love and caring of family & friends and your memories of Debbie will bring you some measure of comfort. I was teaching Early Childhood for students with special needs when I met Debbie and her daughter Kim (who was 3 years old at the time), and I had the joy and pleasure of teaching Kim and interacting with Debbie for many years, both in school-related activities and with Special Olympics. I will be thinking of you all during this difficult time and extend my deepest sympathy.

Ralph, Sarah, and Kim. Word's cannot express how much I miss my sister. However, my heart is with each of you. You all loved her so much and she loved you just as much, that I know. She had a special place in her heart for each of you and that is certainly what she lived for. We are all so fortunate to have had her as part of our life on this earth. So let's be grateful for the fact that God had her touch our lives as she did. She taught me much about life and I hope she did the same for you...in other words, "love thy neighbor." Marcus, you are a great asset to them...you are so caring. All of you, take care and know that Debbie loved you and that she is always with you in spirit...she had that all right! Diane
