Dearest Family, Coach Chuckle Carter will be missed by all of the tennis enthusiasts of all callibers and ages at Columbia Basin Racquet Club and Richland High School. Granted, those years were quite a while ago, yet we will always remember his whistling jingles, his academic humor, and his clever tennis playing and chuckle. Chuck was a great friend and all court player. He use to compete in singles and doubles throughout the Pacific Northwest looking for those rankings at the end of each year, playing those same guys.... I can imagine some are opening a fresh can of tennis balls gathering at the net post... CBRC Tennis Pro and friend, Patti,Nick,Nicole & Natalie Kirch Mike, Carol, and Debra Helin Family

My thoughts are with the family and I will always remember his happy face at the Club whether he was playing tennis or just visiting with us.

I see by your outfit that you are a cowboy. I see by your outfit that you're a cowboy too. We see by our outfits that we are all cowboys. If you had an outfit then you'd be one too. love you Dad. r
