Dear Glenda and family,
I was suprised and shocked to hear the news about Uncle Jim. One of the last times I saw him was at the hospital last November. He really was a big support during that time of my life. We sure have a big support system within our families. I will always remember that he would give you his full attention in a discussion. His smile would rub off and make me feel good too. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Glenda, I knew you when my Mother, Shirley Frick, lived at the Heritage. I was saddened to learn that your husband was taken from you so suddenly this past week...my sincerest condolences. My Mother passed just this past Friday...perhaps she and Jim will meet in heaven.

To Glenda, Lane, Jared, Justin and Jana,
I will not be able to be with you today, but will light a candle at the cathedral here in Puerto Vallarta. When we were in elementary school, Jim was like a big brother to me at St Therese...lots of teasing, and since he was only one grade ahead, I usually followed him from classroom to classroom. I also remember picking him up from the Milwaukee train station in my old Studebaker I think Barb or Margaret were along too. He was so glad to be home from the service.
I will see you soon! Love,
Marge

Glenda and family,

I'm so sorry to hear about Jim. When I think of Jim it has always been as more of a friend than as an uncle or relative. When I think back I realize that each time I saw him he was smiling! A great great guy that will be deeply missed. You'll be in our thoughts and prayers.

Love,
Don, Becky, Elias and Calvin

Dear Glenda and Family:
There may not be any tears in heaven, but they flow freely here on earth. Jesus experience it. When he wept over his friend Lazarus, he felt the pain you feel.He struggled with his emotions even though he knew the outcome would be good. The Lord knows all your questions and needs at this time. He will be with you through every step. He will comfort you, he will lead you, he will be with you. "God will tenderly comfort you..." IICor. 1:7
Praying the Lord's comfort tenderly surrounds you. With Heartfelt Sympathy. Robert and Nancy Novotny - 1/27/2010

Dear Glenda and Family,
Although it has been some years since I was close to Jim and to you, Jim remains one of my favorite people from our time together in High School and during the 60's and 70's. He was one of the kindest and most decent people I have ever had the privelege to have known. Sue and I send our deepest sympathy to you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Sincerely -- George and Sue Paul
