To the family of Barbara Milligan, you have our deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one. To Carl, Your Mom was a beautiful person & we always loved talking to her at church. I know she will be missed by the whole family & and all her friends. Know that she is home with the Lord now & be comforted with that. Stay close to the Lord & He will help you through this sad & difficult time. God Bless You.

From First Cousin, Lillie Lyons Hailstock to the Family of Barbara Milligan. To her mother, Aunt Thelma Jackson, You have my deepest sympathy in the loss of your oldest daughter, Barbara. I loved her and she will truly be missed. To her children: Carl, Sean, Cynthia, Sherri, and Marva..Your Mother is home with the Lord and she is free from pain and sorrow. She is your angel watching over you. Love each other and stay close in touch like she would want you to. To her brothers, Edward, Peter, and Gerald and her sister, Kitrenia, Your beautiful sister Barbara was more than a cousin to me. She is part of my childhood, born in Durham, NC like I was, only 10 years younger than me, and her memory I will cherish forever. I am so sorry for your loss but you will always be in my prayers. I love you all and regret I cannot be with you. May God bless you and comfort you and give you peace. Cousin Lil
