Dear Sheila, Laurie and Doreen, I was shocked to learn of David's death and my heart goes out to all of you.I can only somewhat imagine how terribly difficult this is for you, especially with the loss of Jerry only two-plus years ago. It is so very tragic for cancer to strike down David in the prime of his life. It must seem like it is just all too much to bear... May you find solace, love and support from each other during these difficult times. Love, Pam
