Aaron Matthew Churder is survived by his wife Christine; sons Hunter and Jackson; father and mother Jason and Margaret; mother in-law, Lilia; sisters Dara and Audra; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.

From a young age, Aaron was always a high energy person who loved to make everyone smile. While still in high school, he skated professionally as an inline skater. He traveled around the nation showing off his passion for and skills in skating. In his twenties, Aaron began reaching out to those in need by opening the Chula Vista Skate Park in Chula Vista, California. The skate park reflected his passion to support and positively impact the lives of youth in the local skating community. In 2007, he expanded on his business aspirations by opening Overload, a local skate shop located in the North Park district of San Diego.

Aaron’s passion for skating and supporting his community was only succeeded by his love for his family. He found and fell deeply in love with his soulmate Christine. After a few years of courtship, they were married on July 7, 2007 surrounded by their family and closest friends. As their love grew for each other, so did their family. Five years after their marriage, they were blessed with twin sons, Hunter and Jackson.

Aaron was loved by many, locally and across the nation. He will be deeply missed. Visitation and funeral services will be held at El Camino Memorial Park on October 5th and 6th, 2017. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the family.
