Adam passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017.

Adam was a resident of Louisville, Kentucky at the time of passing.

Memorial services will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Beechland Baptist Church, 4613 Greenwood Road. Memorial visitation will be from 4 - 6:30 p.m. at the church.
