Albert was born on January 18, 1927 and passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017.
Albert was a resident of Rockdale, Texas at the time of passing.
He was a good student, graduating first in his class of 10 people, that won him his early release from the farm at age 16 and on to the University of Texas in Austin.
His college graduation was delayed 2 years when he was drafted into the Army where he proudly served his country during World War II.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Doris Manning Benevolent Fund at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church.
