Albert was born on December 21, 1924 and passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017.

Albert was a resident of Forks Township, New Jersey at the time of passing.

He served in the Navy during WWII, was a Forks Township supervisor for 12 years and was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Easton.

A memorial service for both Bill and Frances will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. A visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until service time on Saturday in the funeral home.
