Albert was born on November 20, 1935 and passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017.

Albert was a resident of Vermont.

He graduated from Glens Falls High School in 1953 and then continued his education at the University of Vermont where he graduated in 1958 with a degree in Political Science.

He proudly served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant and Company Commander.

A mass will be held at noon on Thursday May 18th 2017 at the Holy Family Catholic Church 4 Prospect Street Essex Jct VT. A private interment will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
