CENTAZZO, ALEXANDER A., Jr., "Al", 69, passed away April 1, 2015 surrounded by his family. Born in Providence a son of the late Alexander and Theresa (Pescosolido) Centazzo. He was the husband of Lois M. (Savone) Centazzo. Al worked in the jewelry industry all his life for various companies along with his own company which he founded, JOAL Jewelry. He loved football and was an avid horseman. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Alan C. Centazzo and his wife Christine, one daughter, Amy L. Muscarelle and her husband Colby, two grandchildren, Mia and Bremy one brother, Peter Centazzo and three sisters, Linda Connolly, Donna Maratta and Deborah McCoy. He was the son-in-law of the late Luigi and Frances Savone. His calling hours are Saturday morning 9:30-10:30 a.m. at "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by Funeral Liturgy outside of Mass at 11:30 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, North Providence. Entombment will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Kindly omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Hope Alzheimer's Center 25 Brayton Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920.
