Alfonso was born on January 16, 1932 and passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2008.

Alfonso was last known to be living in Irvington, New York.

He graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School, Manhattan College and received his masters from Fordham University.

He is survived by his wife Carole.
