Alfonzo was born on January 11, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
Alfonzo was a resident of Bethesda, Maryland at the time of his passing.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was married to Johnnie.
Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE FUNERAL HOME 7557 Wisconsin Ave Bethesda MD on Thursday March 16 from 12 noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
