Allen was born on September 19, 1941 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Allen was a resident of Cedar Park, Texas.
A visitation will be held on Friday October 14 2016 between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 15th 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints beginning at 1:00 pm and internment will follow at the Liberty Hill Cemetery.
