Amy Janell Middleton Gonzales, age 47, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018. She was born April 7, 1970 in Morrilton, Arkansas, a daughter of Jimmy Dale Middleton and Vernell Johnson Middleton. She was a former childcare worker for Perry Child Development Center and of the Assembly of God faith.
She is survived by her parents of Perry; children, Sebastian Gonzales of Perry, Jessica Peoples of Oppelo, and Nick Gonzales of Perry; grandchild, Jordan Middleton of Perry; brothers, Ronnie (Lori) Middleton of Perry and Doug (Pam) Middleton of Denison, Texas; and sisters, Debbie Middleton of Perry and Janice Owen of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Memorial service will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
