Our precious, thoughtful, funny, and kindhearted Andrew Edward Davidson died unexpectedly on November 18, 2017. He was 23 years old.

Andrew was born on July 8, 1994 to Steve and Linda Davidson. He was a 2013 graduate of Park Hill High School and Northland Career Center. At the time of his death, Andrew was working in the construction field. He was employed at Lithko Contracting. According to his co-workers, Andrew was one of the hardest working people they had ever seen. He loved fishing, building models, shooting pool, and watching movies. He had an eclectic taste in music and a gift for making people laugh and smile. If you received a bear hug from Andrew, you knew you had been hugged.

Andrew will be deeply missed by his father and mother, Steve and Linda Davidson of the home, his brothers John Burke and Josh Davidson both of Kansas City, MO, his maternal Grandmother, Joan Feye of Kansas City, MO, his dogs, Carly and Shelby, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Andrew was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James J. Feye, his paternal grandfather and grandmother, George and Florence Davidson, his cousin Matthew Feye, and his beloved dog, Maggie.

Andrew, you have given us so many reasons to be proud of you, but our proudest moment will be telling others you are our son. We will carry you in our hearts always.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Autism Society of America. To learn more about this organization and to make a donation in Andrew’s name, please visit http://www.autism-society.org.

Since Andrew was not fond of dressing up, we ask those attending his service to wear jeans and a t-shirt.
