Angela was born on January 11, 1962 and passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

Angela was a resident of Kearneysville, West Virginia at the time of passing.

She received her B.S. and Masters Degrees from University of Maryland.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 27, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV with Father John Ledford as the Celebrant, assisted by Deacon Dave Galvin. The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Thursday from 6-9 pm, with a Rosary at 8:00 pm followed by a vigil.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to St. James the Greater, Hospice of the Panhandle, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Guam Society of America.
