Mrs. Anita Suttles Quinn, age 88, of Marietta, GA., passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. Mrs. Quinn was born in 1929 in Elberton, Georgia, a daughter to the late James Ellis and Hilda Irene Suttles.

Anita had a kind soul and selfless nature like no other. Her compassion and care for the people around her was life changing; she loved her husband, children, and family- always putting them and others before herself. Anita married the love her life sixty-seven years ago and the two shared an amazing life together. The love Anita and her husband Robert shared was easily one for the fairytale books; the two spent their life creating memories. Following high school, Anita completed two years of business school that later assisted her career with the United States Government and Atlanta Regional Commission. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and visiting her favorite place, Long Boat Key in Sarasota, Florida. Anita was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend; she will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Along with her parents, Anita is preceded in death by her brother, James Ellis Suttles, Jr. and two sisters, Mary Jordan and Susan Susko.

She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-seven wonderful years, Robert D. Quinn; two children, David Quinn, wife Martha Dale, of Acworth, GA., and Nancy Dale, late husband Stanley Dale, of Marietta, GA; four grandchildren, Kimberly Fitzgibbons, Fawn Beale, Justin Dale, and Christina Dale; three great grandchildren, Quinn Fitzgibbons, Kayleigh Beale, and Christian Beale; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends also survive.

The family of Mrs. Anita Suttles Quinn will be holding private funeral services to honor her life.
