Ann was born on July 11, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019.

Ann was a resident of North Carolina at the time of passing.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Stanley, Sr.; a sister, Linda Baxter and a nephew Tommy Baxter, III.

Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her two sons, Steven Baxter and wife Johnna of Vale; Larry Stanley, II of Lincolnton; three grandchildren, Seth Baxter, Tyler Stanley and Jenna Baxter a brother, Tommy Baxter, Jr. (Karen); a sister, Kathy Baxter all of Cherryville; niece, Malinda Smith and family; children of her late nephew Tommy Baxter, III; niece, Melissa Avery and family; a brother-in-law Jimmy Baxter (Denise) and family; special cousin, Tina Tuten (Bill); also surviving are a number of other family members

Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 11:00AM on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Butch Ross and Dr. Vince Hefner officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton.

Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation, 2316 Randolph Road, Charlotte, NC 28207.
