Anne Drotning Coors, nee Anne Elizabeth Drotning and her twin brother, John E. Drotning, were born January 20, 1932 in Rochester, NY, to Mary Keating Drotning and Henry O. Drotning. Anne graduated from Cornell University having been accepted into the class of 1954 as one of four Cornell National Scholars. She was a very social person, and was a cheerleader in high school, as well as the Song-leader for the Cornell University Class of 1954. She continued to sing (not very well, as she herself freely admitted) for the rest of her life. Anne was an accomplished artist, painting many beautiful works of still life and landscapes of the Northern California countryside she loved so much. She was a woman of high spirits and strong opinions. Anne passed away August 30, 2017, and will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Joseph Coors, in a private ceremony at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego.

She is survived by her children, Henry Drotning Logan (Jeong-ae Logan), Sarah Skinner Logan-Taylor (David Taylor), Elisabeth Skinner Logan-Cross (Brian Cross), Martha Skinner Logan-Pearl (Julien Pearl), and by seven grandchildren, Van, Victoria, Jeremy, Jordan, Zoe, Jamie, and Catherine.
