Anne was born on November 25, 1937 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.
Anne was a resident of Seven Springs, North Carolina at the time of her passing.
Anne graduated from East Carolina University with a Masters Degree in Education and embarked on a thirty year career with Wayne Community College.
She was married to Gerald Whitfield Waters And Harry Wells Blanchard.
A service to celebrate and honor Anne's life will be held Monday, November 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Seven Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Smith and Rev. Phyllis Vail officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
