Annette was born on March 14, 1968 and passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017.

Annette was a resident of Pennsylvania.

She was a 1986 graduate of Delone Catholic High School.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday June 21 2017 at Murphy Funeral Home 501 Ridge Avenue McSherrystown with Rev. Charles L. Persing officiating. Burial will be private. Friends and relatives will be received Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Contributions in memory of Annette may be made to Goofys of McSherrystown Fish and Game 2 Fish and Game Rd New Oxford PA 17350 an organization that assists members of the community that are in need.
