Anthony was born on August 6, 1952 and passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.

Anthony was a resident of Wisconsin at the time of passing.

After graduating from The University of Iowa Medical School, he moved to Milwaukee and completed residencies in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Anesthesia where he remained and practiced anesthesia for over 36 years.

During that time, he became certified by the FAA as an Aviation Medical Examiner and served as a flight surgeon in the 128 Air Refueling Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard, based in Milwaukee.

Tony's contributions to medicine and aviation were far-reaching.
