Anthony was born on August 17, 1933 and passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

Anthony was a resident of Darien, Connecticut at the time of his passing.

Tony attended Stamford Schools and graduated from J.M. Wright Technical HS in 1952.

He was married to Eileen Burke Pomponi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More RC Church, 374 Middlesex Road, Darien. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, Rockrimmon Road, Stamford. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM with St. Ann's Club of Norwalk meeting at the funeral home at 7:00 PM.
The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to assist the Pomponi famiy with the arrangements.
