Antoinette B (Miceli) Cannon-Lubecki, age 85, of Palm Harbor, FL died unexpectedly from a head injury on Thursday October 19, 2017. Antoinette was born September 28, 1932 and was a graduate of Draper High School in Schenectady, NY and Mildred Elley Secretarial School of Albany. Antoinette met and married Arthur J. Cannon at the General Electric Plant in Schenectady NY in 1954. They lived most of their lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. She will be sadly missed by her children; Arthur J Cannon III, Peter M Cannon and wife Avis, Lynne M Cannon and Thomas J Cannon. Ann worked in production at the Shoppers News and The Auto Hunter Magazine. Ann and Art retired to Clearwater and then to Palm Harbor, Florida where Arthur passed away in 1997. She is also predeceased by her parents; Florence and Peter Miceli and her only brother, Peter Miceli. Antoinette is survived by her second husband, Charles Lubecki who she married in January, 2016. She is also survived by her 4 children listed above, 5 step children, Jeffrey Lubecki, Debra Price, Kenneth Lubecki, Jerald Lubecki and Jennifer Galloway, 5 grandchildren; Nicole Cannon, Summer Cannon-Cosgrove, Brianna Beehler, Michelle Beehler, and Cecil Beehler III; and 13 step grandchildren; Tony, Ryan, Dorey, Jamie, Amanda, Colt, Jason, Taylor, Garrett, Mitchell, Mackenzie, Kendall and Jett and 5 step great grandchildren; Paris, Jade, Maverick, Bodhi, and Bella; her cousin Vincent Miceli and his wife Charlene and her dear, near-sister Edith Burns and her husband David. She just missed meeting another great grandchild who is expected very soon. Ann was a spark of energy who enjoyed life immensely and will be missed by everyone who knew her. She loved nothing more than feeding her family indecent quantities of Italian goodness, dancing the night away, traveling the world, playing cards, her large circle of friends, afternoon cocktails, bocce and her little dog Mitzi. She truly believed in the quote on the wall in her dining room; "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away". A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on November 4th at St Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 2757 Alderman Rd, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Internment of her ashes will be on November 5th at 1:00PM at Sylvan Abbey followed by a celebration of her life at the Highland Lakes Lodge in Palm Harbor, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the small dog shelter where Ann volunteered her time playing with the dogs when we all knew she was really shopping for her next puppy: Canine Estates, 292 Alternate 19 N. Palm Harbor, FL 34683. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sylvanabbey.com for the Cannon and Lubecki families.
