Arley was born on July 21, 1918 and passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.

Arley was a resident of Chelsea, Michigan at the time of passing.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 21, 1:30 pm at Chelsea Retirement Community Chapel, with Rev. Cathy Rafferty and Rev. Joy Barrett officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Chelsea.

Memorial contributions may be made to the UMRC Foundation.
