Arthur was born on September 2, 1920 and passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017.

Arthur was a resident of Wichita, Kansas at the time of passing.

While attending Georgia Tech in 1940, he joined the Army Air Corps as an Aviation Cadet.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, March 4 at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1958 N. Webb Rd. Gene was born September 2, 1920 in Atlanta, GA.
