Arthur was born on June 10, 1925 and passed away in September 2019.

Arthur was a resident of Florida at the time of passing.

He graduated from Ramsey High School and enrolled at Auburn University where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity.

After his freshman year he joined the United States Navy during World War II where he served as an officer.

A Memorial Service for Arthur will be held on Thursday, October 10 th at Saint Michael's Church in Orlando at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Arthur's honor to Vision Orlando.
