Arthur was born on May 18, 1925 and passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.

Arthur was a resident of Mishawaka, Indiana at the time of his passing.

He graduating from Mishawaka High School in 1943.

He veteran of the U.S. Navy he served in World War II in Europe North Africa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday September 17 at 11 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church 225 S. Mill Street Mishawaka with Rev. Christopher Lapp officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at South Union Cemetery near Nappanee. Friends may spend time with Arts family Friday September 16 from 5 8 pm in Goethals Wells Funeral Home 503 W. 3rd Street Mishawaka. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 pm.

Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
