Arthur was born on November 10, 1962 and passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018.

Arthur was a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico at the time of passing.

Serving his country in the United States Navy in the Pacific.

Those relatives who preceded him in death and now wait to greet him as he joins them on his last amazing adventure: Grandparents: Felix and Alice/Elisa Martinez, Basilio Vigil/B.V. and Josephine Roybal; Uncle Felix/Sonny Martinez and Arthur Sandoval; Great grandparents: Juan and Alcaria Sandoval and Nemesino and Irene Varela; Aunt Lindy Roybal; Cousins Kristen Martinez Griggs and Nina Roybal. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Arthur at the Cathedral Basilica of St Francis of Assisi in Santa Fe on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10:00 am. Committal will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery with military honors at 1:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on February 15, 2018.
