Arthur was born on May 13, 1952 and passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.

Arthur was a resident of Rockford, Illinois at the time of passing.

Arthur graduated from East High School in 1970 and attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL.

Every funeral service is different, just as every individual and family is different.

In lieu of a funeral service, per Arthur's wishes, the family will host a celebration of life service on August 19, 2017 at Lyran's Club, 1115 Fourth Ave., Rockford, 61104 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to celebrate the life and memory of Arthur R. Gustafson.
