Arthur was born on July 7, 1927 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Arthur was a resident of Marine City, Michigan at the time of passing.

Art served with the U.S. Navy at the end of World War II.

Funeral services will be held Thursday April 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.

Memorials to the Marine City Old Newsboys or the wishes of the family.
