Arthur was born on October 2, 1936 and passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

Arthur was a resident of Windham, Maine at the time of passing.

Arthur graduated from Windham High School in 1956.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Friday, June 16, 2017 at the chapel. Burial will be private.
